Daniel Alejandro Celaya is an Associate Attorney at Saleh & Associates P.A. who is well versed in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. He has represented individuals, families, and corporations located around the world before the USCIS, the Department of State, and the Immigration Courts. He is particularly experienced in various aspects of business immigration, having handled numerous treaty trader and treaty investor visa cases for foreign business leaders wishing to expand current enterprises or create new ventures in the United States. He also handles federal and administrative appellate briefs regarding complex and technical matters of Immigration and Nationality law.
Mr. Celaya earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. While at the University of Miami School of Law, he joined the International and Comparative Law Review as an editor, the University of Miami’s Immigration Clinic as a legal intern, and the Professional Responsibility & Ethics Program as a Dean’s Fellow.
