President & Managing Shareholder
Anis N. Saleh is President and Managing Shareholder of the Miami firm of Saleh & Associates, P.A., where he practices in all areas of Immigration and Nationality Law, including extensive experience in employment-based & family-based cases, deportation & removal hearings, and federal litigation. Mr. Saleh received his B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and his J.D. from the Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Mr. Saleh is a member of the State Bars of Florida and Georgia, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). Mr. Saleh has received the highest rating (“AV”) by Martindale-Hubbell for twenty consecutive years and has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (2007-2023), Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (2007-2023), Florida Super Lawyers (2006-2023), Who’s Who in American Law, and Who’s Who in the World. He is also a past-Chair of the Florida Bar’s Immigration Certification Committee and a past-Chair of the Florida Bar’s 11th Circuit Grievance Committee.
