Este programa protegi\u00f3 a cientos de miles de j\u00f3venes inmigrantes de la deportaci\u00f3n. Estos j\u00f3venes inmigrantes fueron tra\u00eddos a los Estados Unidos como ni\u00f1os por sus padres u otros familiares y han estado residiendo continuamente en los Estados Unidos sin ser legal desde su infancia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La desaparici\u00f3n de DACA provocar\u00e1 algunos cambios dr\u00e1sticos que afectar\u00e1n a decenas de miles de personas en los Estados Unidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cambios en DACA que son relevantes para usted<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir del 5 de septiembre de 2017, el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional no aceptar\u00e1 ninguna solicitud nueva de DACA. Sin embargo, aquellos cuya protecci\u00f3n DACA caducar\u00e1 entre ahora y el 5 de marzo de 2018 a\u00fan pueden renovar sus estados DACA si sus solicitudes se reciben el 5 de octubre de 2017 o antes.
