ديلي لوبيز is an immigration attorney at Saleh and Associates P.A., who focuses her practice on a wide variety of issues relating to U.S. Immigration and the Nationality Act. She represents individuals, families, and corporations both in the U.S. and all over the world before immigration court, USCIS, and all other branches related to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Ms. Lopez represents clients in a broad range of immigration matters, including but not limited to adjustments based on employment-based petitions, family-based petitions, Cuban Adjustment Act, and VAWA. Further, she assists clients in asylum and naturalization applications, visas, waivers, consular processing, ICE representation, court filings, and removal proceedings representation. An integral part of Ms. Lopez’ practice is representing clients facing deportation proceedings in immigration court.
Originally from Cuba, Ms. Lopez was raised in Miami, Florida and speaks fluent Spanish. She attended Barry University in Miami Shores, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. Prior to attending law school, she worked in Bogota, Colombia at Llorente and Cuenca, an international public relations company. In addition, Ms. Lopez worked for Medez, Co., an international software development company located in Davie, Florida.
Ms. Lopez then moved to San Antonio, Texas, where she graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law. While in law school, she attended the University of Innsbruck, Institute of World Legal Problems, located in Innsbruck, Austria and received a Certificate in International Law, with a concentration in European dispute.
Prior to joining Saleh and Associates P.A., Ms. Lopez worked for a boutique international business litigation and tax law firm in San Antonio, Texas.
